Neft asosidagi tekstil moyida kimyoviy tarkib, fazaviy holat va ipga ko‘chadigan moy miqdori o‘zaro bog‘liq holda ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu tanqidiy sharh 2020–2026-yillarda e’lon qilingan birlamchi tadqiqotlar asosida PET ipini o‘rash jarayonida qo‘llaniladigan mineral baza–TMP efiri–noionogen sirt faol modda–antistatik tizimini tahlil qiladi. Manbalarda keltirilgan miqdoriy natijalar tarkib, substrat, sinov sharoitlari, nazorat omillari va tajribalarni takrorlash darajasini hisobga olgan holda farqlab tahlil qilindi.
Adabiyotlarda PET bo‘yicha o‘tkazilgan qiyosiy tadqiqotlarda moylanish darajasining bir xil emasligi kuzatilgan, model kontakt tizimlarida esa eruvchanlik, adsorbsiya tezligi va ishqalanish ko‘rsatkichlari har doim ham bir xil samaradorlik reytingini bermasligi aniqlangan. To‘rtta analitik yondashuv asoslandi: model sirtida aniqlangan mexanistik izohning PETda kuzatilgan natijalarga mosligini baholash; tashuvchi va amaldagi moylanish darajasi nazorat qilingan holda juft hamda uch omilli taqqoslashlarni amalga oshirish; talablar kesishmasida yaroqli tarkiblar sohasini aniqlash; shuningdek, amaliy qo‘llash ta’siri va moylanish darajasi tenglashtirilgan sharoitdagi mahsulot samaralarini alohida baholash.
TMP efirining yog‘ kislotasi tuzilishi, sirt faol moddaning alkoksillanish darajasi va antistatik moddaning qarshi ioni komponentlarni tanlash mezonlariga kiritildi. Olingan natijalar yangi retseptura samaradorligini eksperimental jihatdan tasdiqlamaydi; ular mavjud dalillar asosida shakllantirilgan va mustaqil ravishda tekshirilishi mumkin bo‘lgan ilmiy xulosalarni ifodalaydi.
