Abstract

At present, the development of biologically active organic compounds and their synthesis using environmentally friendly and economically efficient methods represent one of the priority directions in organic chemistry and pharmaceutical science. In this study, vinyl esters of furan carboxylic acids were synthesized using vinyl acetate, and their physicochemical properties and biological activities were investigated. The biological activity of the synthesized compounds was predicted using the PASS Online platform, while their promising pharmacological properties were further evaluated by molecular docking analysis. The obtained results demonstrated that the synthesized compounds possess significant potential as biologically active molecules and may serve as promising candidates for the development of new pharmaceutical agents. Furthermore, the findings contribute to the advancement of organic synthesis and highlight the practical significance of these compounds for pharmaceutical applications.
