Abstrakt

Hozirgi vaqtda biologik faol organik birikmalarni yaratish hamda ularni ekologik xavfsiz va iqtisodiy samarali usullar orqali sintez qilish organik kimyo va farmatsevtika sohalarining dolzarb yo‘nalishlaridan biridir. Ushbu tadqiqotda furan karbon kislotalari asosida vinil efirlari vinilatsetat ishtirokida sintez qilinib, ularning fizik-kimyoviy xossalari va biologik faolligi o‘rganildi. Biologik faollik PASS Online dasturi yordamida prognoz qilindi, istiqbolli farmakologik xususiyatlar esa molekulyar docking usuli orqali baholandi. Olingan natijalar sintez qilingan birikmalarning biologik faol moddalar sifatida istiqbolli ekanligini ko‘rsatdi hamda yangi dori vositalarini yaratish, organik sintezni rivojlantirish va farmatsevtika sanoatida qo‘llash uchun muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega ekanligini tasdiqladi.
