Abstrakt

Sholi poholi va to‘qimachilik korxonalarining tabiiy tolali chiqindilaridan ajratilgan sellyuloza asosida K-PAC–KMC kompozit stabilizatorini olish va burg‘ulash eritmalarida laboratoriya–amaliy baholash natijalari tizimlashtirildi. C1–C4 formulatsiyalar namlik, asosiy modda, eruvchanlik, pH, suv qaytarish va polimerlanish darajasi bo‘yicha qiyoslandi. C4 uchun namlik 5%, asosiy modda 83%, eruvchanlik 98,8%, suv qaytarish 3,2 cm³/min va DP=1050 bo‘ldi. C1 ga nisbatan suv qaytarish 23,8% kamaydi, DP 56,7% oshdi. Teng vaznli min–max integral indeks C4 ni ISI=1,000 bilan birinchi o‘ringa qo‘ydi. FTIR natijalari sellyuloza efiri/karboksil funksionallashuvini, dissertatsiya TGA/XRD ma’lumotlari esa qo‘shimcha termik va amorf-kristall dalillarni ko‘rsatdi. Kompozitlar 120–150 °C termik-geologik model sharoitida baholangan. 2024-yilda Sho‘rtan neft va gaz qazib chiqarish boshqarmasida rasmiylashtirilgan ma’lumotnoma va dalolatnoma natijalarning sinov-tajriba asosida qo‘llanganini hamda ishlab chiqarishga tatbiq etish tavsiya qilinganini tasdiqlaydi. Maqolada tayyorlash, sirkulyatsiya, qattiq fazani ajratish va reologiya/API/HPHT/aging/shale nazoratini birlashtiruvchi texnologik sxema berildi; HPHT bloki mavjud tarixiy o‘lchov sifatida emas, keyingi standart kvalifikatsiya moduli sifatida talqin qilindi.
